A haven for the soul's turning points, where myth, ritual, and gentle witnessing help you cross from what was to what is becoming.
A place where the unseen is honored, the tender is welcomed, and the turning points of your life are met with a story and care.

"Ritual is the passageway of the soul
into the infinite."
John O'Donahue
There are moments in a life that ask us to slow down. To sit at the edge of what we know and what we cannot yet name.Ebon Bloom was born from those moments. Not all at once, and not from a single story, but from a series of quiet recognitions ... that something essential was missing in the way we move through endings, that we have forgotten how to be with one another at the threshold, and the body often knows what to do long before we permit it to lead. This work did not begin as a service. It began as a listening. A listening to grief that lives beneath the surface. A listening to the need for ritual, for pause, for presence. A listening to the spaces where words fall away and something more honest takes place.Ebon Bloom exists to return to that listening - to create space where endings are not rushed or hidden, but witnessed, where the threshold is not something to move past as quickly as possible, but something to be gently tended. This is the mission at the heart of Ebon Bloom: to nurture the tender places - the thresholds, the endings, the beginnings - with story, ritual, and compassionate witnessing, so that what is unfolding can be honored rather than hurried. This is not about fixing what is broken. It is about honoring what is becoming. Here we make room for the body, for breath, for the quiet, for the sacred nature of transition.Because even in the dark, something is always blooming. My name is Jade, and this is the work I am called to tend.

There comes a moment when the story of how this work was born gives way to the work itself - the part where tending becomes practice, and presence becomes companionship. This is where Ebon Bloom meets people in the real, lived thresholds of their lives. The places where something is ending, something is beginning, or something is asking to be witnessed with more care than the world usually allows. Here the work becomes tangible: ritual, story, grounding, and gentle guidance shaped to meet the moment you are in.
Community & Ceremony
Ritual Design & Ceremony: Ceremony shaped for the moment your community is moving through.
Whether it is grief, transition, remembrance, or renewal, I design and facilitate rituals that help groups mark what matters. Each ceremony is crafted with intention, symbolism, and gentle structure - a space where people can gather, breathe, and move through the threshold together. These rituals honor the collective body and the stories held within it.
For the moments a community needs to pause and be seen.
Community Gatherings: Spaces of connection, reflection, and shared tending.
These gatherings offer a place to slow down, listen, and be witnessed in community. Through story, grounding practices, and gentle ritual, we create a shared container where people can meet themselves and one another with honesty and care. Each gathering is an invitation to belong - to yourself, to the moment, and to the circle.
A hearth for the collective heart.
Vigil Work: Presence and steadiness in the tender hours when no one should sit alone.
I offer non-clinical, soul-level companionship for individuals and families during times of dying, deep grief, or emotional overwhelm. Vigil work is quiet, steady, and deeply human - a way of holding space when words fall away, and presence becomes the medicine.
A lantern held through the night.
Personal Threshold Support
Threshold Guidance Sessions: Companionship and clarity in the in-between spaces of your life.
Threshold guidance offers a grounded, intuitive presence as you navigate endings, beginnings, identity shifts, or moments of profound uncertainty. Together, we slow the moment enough for you to hear what is true, what is leaving, and what is asking to emerge. This is not advice; it is accompaniment.
A steady presence at the edge of what's changing.
Death Doula Support: Care, grounding, and gentle witnessing for the end-of-life journey.
I walk alongside individuals and families as they plan for and navigate dying, anticipatory grief, and the mourning/emotional terrains surrounding the end of one's life. This support may include legacy work, ritual, presence, and practical grounding - always shaped by the needs of the moment and wishes of those involved.
A companion for the sacred work of letting go.
Narrative Medicine: A written honoring of your story.
Through conversation and attentive presence, I gather the threads or your experience and weave them into a narrative that reflects truth, beauty, and meaning. These take the form of obituaries, eulogies, vows, poems, and stories that serve as keepsakes, rituals in written form, and companions for the long arc of transition.
Words that remember with you.
Oracle Readings: Insight and symbolism guidance for the thresholds you are crossing.
These readings offer clarity, reflection, and direction. Together, we explore wht is emerging beneath the surface, what is asking for attention, and what wisdom is available to you in the moment. The cards become a mirror - not of fate, but of possibility.
A moment of illumination in the in-between.
Reciprocity & Exchange
I offer my work with care, time, and presence. In return, I ask for an exchange that honors the energy and preparation each offering requires. Monetary exchange is the primary way to work with me.My offerrings range widely in scope, and pricing reflects that range. ($15 - $500 for individual components, bundling saves). I am always upfront about cost, and we will find the right path for your situation.I also welcome barter that nourishes my life or supports my practice - such as food, handcrafted items, ritual materials, or practical services.
These paths to tending the threshold are simply the steps into the work - ways of meeting the moment you're in with care, presence, and intention. If you feel called to step further, the next threshold is an invitation to connect.
A gathering for those standing at the edge of what was, what is, and what is becomming. Each month, we meet in a gently held circle to pause at the doorway of our lives.Through grounding, story weaving, trauma-informed practices, and simple ritual, we tend the places where we feel tangled, tender, or in transition. This is a space for quiet courage, shared humanity, and the slow magic of becomming. You are invited to bring your breath, your story, and your presence - nothing more is required. This month's theme: Crossing the First Arch

No one turned away.Hearth of the Web is a space of belonging, not performance.
A place to breathe.

As you step through the gate you will be met with space where connection begins quietly and at your pace, this is where we connect - simply, humanly - to sense what's unfolding for you and what kind of support or ritual tending might serve the moment, There's no urgency here, only presence, listening, and agentle beginning.
